An investigation into the Leas Cross nursing home in Dublin has reportedly concluded that the death rate at the facility was "higher than might be expected".

Reports this morning say the HSE-commissioned inquiry had identified 105 patients who died at the nursing home or shortly after being transferred from the home between 2000 and 2005.
