Workers at Shannon Aerospace are threatening to mount an all-out strike later this month.

SIPTU has informed management at the aircraft maintenance company that the stoppage will go ahead in two weeks' time.

The action is being arranged in protest at threatened lay-offs and the firm's failure to award payments due to workers under the Sustaining Progress agreement.
