Arsonists set vehicles alight in Derry

Arsonists today set alight three vehicles in Derry.

A van and two cars were set on fire in Gartan Square on the Bogside area of the town. The attacks happened shortly before 7am this morning.

One vehicle was destroyed and the other two badly damaged.

The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the vehicles had been deliberately set alight.
