Summit planned in effort to restore devolution

The Irish and British governments are believed to be planning a peace summit later this year aimed at restoring devolution in the North.

The two governments are understood to be arranging an intensive round of talks in an effort to get the DUP and Sinn Féin to reach a power-sharing agreement.
