Man fights for life after attack

Gardaí appealed for witnesses today to a serious assault which left a man in a critical condition in hospital.

The man, who is described as of Latvian or Lithuanian origin, was assaulted at Harbourmaster Place in the IFSC in Dublin city centre shortly after 10pm on Friday, August 11.
