Gardaí question man after fatal north Dublin stabbing
A man is being held in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 24-year-old man in north Dublin overnight.
Gardaí were called to Oak Avenue in Santry just after midnight last night after a man was found with a stab wound to the chest.
He was rushed to Beaumont Hospital, where he later died.
The scene has been sealed off pending a full examination by the Garda technical bureau.
A post mortem will be carried out by the state pathologist.
The man who was arrested was taken to Whitehall Garda station.
