Hanafin disappointed at TUI rejection of social partnership

Minister for Education Mary Hanafin has said that she is surprised and disappointed that the Teachers Union of Ireland is advising members to reject the new social partnership deal.

Ms Hanafin said the move by the TUI is premature given the fact that the agreement has not been fully ratified.
