HSE spends €47m on health service managers’ wages

It is claimed in reports today that more than €47m a year is being spent on wages for health service managers.

The Sunday Business Post says the number of senior HSE staff earning more than €75,000 a year has almost doubled in the year from January 2005 to the beginning of 2006.
