Gardaí hunt armed gang after Cork supermarket raid

Gardaí in Cork have set up roadblocks across the city in a bid to catch an armed gang who held up a supermarket last night.

The four-man gang, who were all masked and armed with a handgun, held up staff at the Spar shop on the south Douglas road as they were preparing to lodge money in an ATM in the store at around 10.30pm.
