Co Waterford blaze victims named

The couple and child who died following a fire at a house in Ballybeg, Co Waterford this morning have been named as Brian and Joanne O’Regan and their baby girl Niamh.

The fire broke out just before 1am at a family home on Ardmore Terrace in Ballybeg.
