Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams tonight claimed he had been snubbed by a prestigious British museum.

The 57-year-old, who has been welcomed in the White House, No 10 Downing Street and the home of Nelson Mandela, said the Victoria and Albert Museum in London had refused to invite him to its Che Guevara exhibition.
