Gardaí in Limerick have launched a murder inquiry following the discovery of a man's body under the Shannon Bridge last night.

The man, who has been named as 25-year-old Keith Ryan, was found dead near Condell Road shortly after 11pm.

Gardaí are seeking information from the public about two men seen running away from the scene.
