Gardaí appeal for witnesses as murder inquiry launched

Gardaí in Limerick have launched a murder inquiry following the discovery of a man's body under the Shannon bridge last night.

The man, who has been named as 25-year-old Keith Ryan, was found dead near Condell Road shortly after 11pm.
