Petition seeks to record stories of illegal Irish in US

Irish people living and working illegally in the United States are being offered the chance to document their experiences as part of a new petition being launched today.

The scheme, launched today, is part of efforts to pressure the US Government into regularising the status of the estimated 50,000 undocumented Irish immigrants in America.
