Sixth person charged with McIlveen murder

A 15-year-old youth has been charged with the murder of Michael McIlveen.

Another youth, aged 16 has been charged with affray.

The two are due before Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday morning.

The teenager is the sixth person to be charged with murder after five teenagers appeared in court in Ballymena charged with killing the 15-year-old on Thursday.

Michael was beaten to death in a sectarian attack last weekend after a trip to the cinema with friends.
