Clare man injured following apparent hit-and-run in Spain

A Co Clare man has been taken to hospital in Spain, where he’s said to be in a serious condition following an apparent hit-and-run incident in Malaga.

The injured man was on holidays with four other men from the Shannon area, and was walking home after a night out when he was knocked down on the road, suffering major head injuries.
