Pharmacists seek meeting with McDowell on security

The body representing Ireland's community pharmacists is seeking a meeting with the Minister for Justice Michael McDowell to discuss a rising number of attacks on pharmacies.

The issue was at the top of the agenda at the annual conference of the Irish Pharmaceutical Union in Athlone yesterday.
