Enda Kenny seeking to give criminals appropriate punishments

The Fine Gael Leader is insisting that criminals will get the convictions they deserve is his party is returned to power.

Enda Kenny says the Oireachtas should decide on the punishment to fit the crime by drawing up a list of appropriate sentences on behalf of the public.
