Second man charged in connection with bomb find

A second man has been charged in connection with the discovery of bomb parts in Lurgan, County Armagh earlier this week.

The 27-year-old man will appear before Craigavon court tomorrow on charges of possessing explosives with intent to endanger life and conspiracy to cause explosion.
