British govt to publish bill on latest North initiative

The British government is due to publish legislation today paving the way for the latest push to achieve progress in the peace process.

The bill will formalise plans by London and Dublin to recall the Northern Assembly next month and set a November 24 deadline for agreement on a power-sharing executive.
