Cullen to present new Road Traffic Bill to Cabinet

Transport Minister Martin Cullen is reportedly due to present his new Road Traffic Bill to the Cabinet today.

Mr Cullen has already promised that the legislation will include a ban on the use of mobile phones while driving and measures to allow the Gardaí to conduct random breath tests on motorists.
