Former priest charged with indecently assaulting two boys
A former priest was today charged with indecently assaulting two boys at a health centre in north Co Dublin.
70 year old Patrick Maguire, with an address at Columban Fathers, Dalgan Park, Navan is accused of indecently assaulting the boys on an unknown date between January 1976 and December 1979.
He has been remanded on continuing bail until May 11 for preparation of the book of evidence.
In the meantime, he must reside at Dalgan Park, co-operate with the Probation and Welfare Service and notify the Gardaí if he intends to spend a night away from his current address.
