M50 re-opens after Garda closures

The northbound lane of the M50 motorway in Dublin has now been reopened following the Garda’s investigation of a car-chase and shooting incident last night.

However, heavy delays are still being reported in both directions on the motorway.

Gardaí are continuing their investigation on the N4 Sligo road just after the M50 northbound exit.

A portion of the N4 is down to one lane until 7.30pm.
