Union seeks law to allow unions vet foreign contractors

The Technical, Engineering and Electrical Union is seeking new laws that would allow trade unions to vet foreign contractors working on projects in Ireland.

The TEEU also wants measures to ensure unions can inform people employed by these contractors of their work entitlements.
