PPARS: IT expert denies criticism of HSE management

An IT expert from Trinity College has said that reports about the confidential document he prepared for the Health Service Executive on its failed PPARS payroll system are inaccurate.

Dr Joe McDonagh said they implied he had criticised the current HSE management, but in a statement he said his remarks only related to the development of the computerised payroll system, which was suspended last autumn.
