Two Donegal crash victims to be buried in Latvia today
A mother and daughter killed in the horrific road crash in Co Donegal 10 days ago are reportedly due to be buried in their native Latvia today.
Reports this morning said 38-year-old Aija Porcika and her 19-year-old daughter Ginta Veits would be laid to rest near the village of Kapsedes.
Ms Porcika and Ms Veits were among five eastern Europeans killed in a two-car collision near Buncrana in the early hours of February 18th.
The Irish Ambassador to Latvia, Tim Mawe, is reportedly due to attend their funerals today.
