PSNI treating death of Lisburn drug-dealer as murder
Police in the North have confirmed that they are treating the death of a man whose body was pulled from the River Lagan in Belfast earlier this week as murder.
The PSNI said today that 30-year-old Ronald Todd, a used-car salesman and drug-dealer from Lisburn in Co Antrim, had been tied up and dumped in the water.
They said the father of one, who had been missing since before Christmas, had suffered serious head injuries.
Mr Todd's body was found in the River Lagan by workmen carrying out maintenance work on Tuesday.
