Dr Eamon Casey is expected to arrive back in Ireland today after a self-imposed 14-year exile.

The arrival of the 78-year-old former Bishop of Galway will bring an end to an absence which began in May 1992, after he admitted having an affair with an American divorcee and fathering a child.
