FG calls for ‘Good Samaritan’ legislation

Fine Gael is calling on the Government to introduce 'Good Samaritan' legislation.

In the US, thousands of injured people have taken legal action against members of the public who inadvertently caused further harm while trying to help.

Fine Gael's Billy Timmons has called on the Minister for Justice Michael McDowell to review his opposition to such a bill.
