No EuroMillions winner as rollover jackpot swells
Nobody won tonight’s record EuroMillions jackpot – meaning next week’s potential prize is an estimated €146m.
An estimated €124m had been up for grabs tonight but no ticket scooped the money.
The EuroMillions winning numbers were 15, 12, 50, 33 and 44 and the Lucky Stars were 06, 02.
Sales of tickets were said to be running at quadruple their usual rate ahead of the record jackpot.
The jackpot – the biggest in European lottery history – rolled for the ninth time a week ago.
The draw took place in Paris. Tonight’s jackpot – if it had been won – beat the €115m won by Limerick woman Dolores McNamara in last July’s draw.
The current jackpot cannot “roll” after February 10. If it is not won on or before that date the money will be distributed among any winners in the next winning prize tier in that draw.
To win the EuroMillions jackpot, players need to match five main numbers from one to 50 plus two Lucky Star numbers from one to nine.
EuroMillions is played in Ireland, Britain, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, France, Luxembourg, Spain and Switzerland.
