Howlin avoids paying costs of tribunal legal case

Labour Party TD Brendan Howlin has avoided paying the costs of a legal action taken against him last year by the Mahon Tribunal.

The tribunal took the Wexford politician to the High Court in an effort to force him to disclose the source of allegations he passed on relating to alleged garda corruption in Donegal.
