Flats complex to be razed and rebuilt

A flat complex in Dublin’s north inner city is to be redeveloped as part of a €180m housing project, it emerged today.

O’Devaney Gardens on the North Circular Road, home to 250 families since the 1950s, will be demolished and turned into houses as part of the second biggest regeneration scheme after Ballymun.
