Gardaí continue search for missing elderly man and woman

The search for a 78-year-old woman missing from a Co Wicklow nursing home since Christmas night is due to resume at first light

Maura Reynolds suffers from both Alzheimer's disease and cancer of the spine.

Gardaí have been concentrating their search around the Bray Head area and the Garda sub-aqua unit and the coast-guard have been assisting in the operation.

Gardaí in Co Kildare are also searching for a missing elderly man.

John Quinn, who is 63-years-old, has been missing from his home in Athy since Friday.
