Almost one-third of A&E admissions alcohol-related

Research commissioned by the Government has reportedly found that almost one-third of all A&E admissions in Ireland are a result of alcohol-related injuries.

Reports this morning said the study found that 28% of A&E admissions were alcohol-related and most of those presenting with alcohol-related injuries were men.
