Astronomy buffs preparing for shooting-star spectacular

Stargazers are in for a major treat this week, with a cloud of meteors set to create a spectacular shooting-star display in the night sky.

The Geminids - named after the constellation Gemini - make a yearly appearance and will be visible every night for the next few days.
