The Minister for Defence Willie O'Dea has said that he expects any lawyers who overcharged army deafness claimants to reimburse them.

O'Dea's department paid up to €100m in legal costs for former soldiers who were awarded compensation, but there are claims that some lawyers were billing individual clients a second time.
