Gardaí make one arrest following drugs, weapons seizure

One man is in custody in Kildare following an overnight drugs and weapons seizure.

Cocaine worth an estimated €16,000 was seized during a planned search of a house in Kilcullen. A number of weapons and imitation fire-arms were also recovered.

The man, in his early 20s, is being held at Newbridge garda station.
