Paramilitary amnesty laws 'reckless and offensive'

Proposed UK laws granting amnesties to paramilitary fugitives are reckless and offensive to victims of violence and must be scrapped, it was claimed today.

The controversial Northern Ireland (Offences) Bill has passed through its second stage in the House of Commons and is en route to the House of Lords.
