The people of Ireland expect the British and Irish governments to have a plan to restore power-sharing institutions in Northern Ireland in early 2006, it was claimed today.

The people of Ireland expect the British and Irish governments to have a plan to restore power-sharing institutions in Northern Ireland in early 2006, it was claimed today.

Sinn Féin said it was time for both governments to grasp the momentum created by the IRA ending its armed campaign and decommissioning its weapons.
