Tourism chief 'considers legal action' over inaccurate weather forecasts

The Chairman of North West Tourism, Sean McEniff, said today he is considering taking legal action against Met Éireann over what he claimed to be inaccurate weather forecasts.

The Chairman of North West Tourism, Sean McEniff, said today he is considering taking legal action against Met Éireann over what he claimed to be inaccurate weather forecasts.

Mr McEniff claimed that a conference in Letterkenny, Co Donegal, was cancelled as a result of Met Éireann predicting snow storms and icy conditions for the region.
