Cullen opens new Loughrea by-pass

Transport Minister Martin Cullen has officially opened the new €18m Loughrea bypass in Co Galway.

The 3.75km stretch of road has been completed two months ahead of schedule and is set to reduce journey times for motorists travelling between Dublin and Galway.
