Young woman killed in Kilkenny road collision

A woman in her 20s has died after the car she was driving collided with an articulated truck in Co Kilkenny this morning.

The accident happened in Glenmore, on the road between New Ross and Waterford, at around 8.30am.

The driver of the lorry was hospitalised with shock and minor injuries.
