Three-year strategy launched by FÁS

FÁS launched a new three-year strategy today.

The State training agency outlined its priorities, including plans to up-skill older workers, and to develop all sources of labour, especially women and other under-represented groups.

The organisation also plans to focus on ensuring migrant workers have the language skills and understanding of Irish society to maximise their skills.
