IRA-linked police raids on Manchester properties will be discussed by an Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Prime Minister Tony Blair when they meet in London on Tuesday.

It will be the first official contact between the two leaders since the terrorist group announced it had decommissioned its arsenal on September 26.
