Dublin eighth most expensive city for renting office space

An international firm of property consultants has ranked central Dublin as the eighth most expensive city in the world for renting office space.

Colliers International said a survey it conducted found that office space in the centre of the Irish capital cost between €376 and €538 per square metre.

It said this was lower only than the West End and City districts of London, central Tokyo, Hong Kong, Moscow, central Paris and mid-town New York.
