Gardaí hunt hit-and-run driver

Gardaí were today hunting for a hit-and-run driver after a man was killed in a road accident near Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

The crash occurred at 10pm yesterdat at Greatdown, The Downs, and a car was found abandoned at the scene.
