Dublin company settles with Revenue for €9.5m
The biggest ever tax settlement made by Revenue has been included on the latest list of defaulters.
Leslie Reynolds and Company, from East Wall Road in Dublin settled for €9.5m after a tax audit showed underpayments of corporation tax, VAT, income tax and PRSI.
The second highest payment was from a cattle farmer in Co. Galway who settled for almost €3.4m.
Up to 170 settlements were made in all, eight of which were worth over €1m.
In all, settlements worth €135m were made between the start of April and the end of June.
