Belfast murder victim’s mother makes plea
The mother of a 15-year-old boy murdered in north Belfast last month has made an emotional plea for witnesses to come forward.
The police have not ruled out a sectarian motive for the murder of Thomas Devlin.
They are looking for two men aged between 16 and 20 who were walking a dark-coloured dog with white patches.
His mother, Penny Holloway, asked people to look into their hearts and come forward with information.
