Missing Irishman found safe and well in London

A 39-year-old Irishman who has been missing for more than three weeks has been found safe and well in London.

Ronan Baxter, who suffers from depression and paranoid schizophrenia, disappeared from his father's home in Cork on August 20.

The Gardaí subsequently learned that he had taken a flight from Cork to Heathrow Airport and his brother travelled to London last weekend in an effort to locate him.

The Baxter family issued a statement today saying Ronan had been found in London and was now safe and receiving the appropriate medical care.
