Four men arrested after attempted post office raid

Four men have been arrested following an attempted raid on a post office in Bettystown, Co Meath, this morning.

Details of the incident are still unclear, but Gardaí said the four were detained when officers stopped a car some time after the attempted robbery.

A second car believed to be linked to the raid was also found burned out in the area.
