Labour unveils 'Arts for All' plan

The lack of funding for the arts is depriving people of educational, recreational and professional benefits, it was claimed today.

The Labour Party is launching a new policy document, Arts for All, which calls for increased funding and infrastructure for film, theatre, painting, sculpture and other forms of art.
